TLDR; Serious buyer, highly recommended.

I'm Codrin Pavel, a E.U. citizen, former owner of YoutubeOnRepeat.com and this is a review for Landocs Holdings, represented by Oren Vardy.

The review is based on my experience as the former developer and owner of the site. Keep in mind this was my first transaction online and the first time I used the Escrow.com service, I had no prior experience in dealing with selling websites.

About the Transaction

I was cold-emailed by Oren around mid-December 2017, him asking me if I was interested in selling the site. I said sure (mostly just out of curiosity) and soon enough we exchanged Skype info and had a chat about it. Oren was very easy going and easy to talk to and seemed trustworthy at first sight. In order to receive an offer, I had to fill out a standard PDF with questions about traffic, costs of operation, revenue and the like, nothing out of the ordinary, which I completed to my best knowledge and based on Google Analytics data.

I'm a huge skeptical and, of course, I proceeded to find out as much as possible about his company and whether it is a legit business. I was a bit disappointed to see there was not much online info about Landocs Holdings at the time, but thankfully I was able to find someone who also sold his website to them and cold-called them on their mobile phone to ask about their experience (yeah, I know) and he assured me everything was legit.

Soon after providing the necessary info to Oren I received an offer from his company. The offer seemed fair to me and didn't feel the need to negotiate so I simply accepted. We had a few more Skype calls, agreed on terms and everything, signed a contract and moved forward very quickly.

It's worth mentioning that (probably due to Holiday season) Escrow team was quite slow in accepting funds and moving things forward so that delayed our transaction quite a bit.

Fast forward to January, funds were finally accepted by Escrow, I moved the site to a Landocs-owned hosting account and then transferred the domain name.

Once that was done, funds were released from the Escrow account and the transaction completed succesfully on 24th Jan. I would expect most of their transactions go even faster than that, since we had a delay due to Holidays.

Impressions

Oren Vardy and his team members have been very kind and helpful and we stayed in touch via Skype/email throughout the entire process. They've been very transparent and guided me through the whole process (since I had no previous experience with selling sites), providing answers to any questions or concerns I had.

I'm just a regular programmer, probably just like you, who searched the internet for days trying to understand if I'm being scammed or not. I hope this helps clear your mind. It's ok to contact me on Twitter [@zerospree] or email [zerospree AT yahoo DOT com] if you want to have a 1-on-1 chat, I don't mind it at all.
